Gli EXCITER’S nascono nel 2001 come Band Tributo ai DEPECHE MODE e collezionano nell’arco di 10 anni un considerevole numero di live in tutta Italia dove acquistano un ottimo seguito di Fans.

Nel 2010, la Band sente pero’ l’esigenza di testarsi al loro pubblico scrivendo musica propria.
Nel maggio dello stesso anno, esce infatti CHECKMATE, loro primo lavoro di inediti che li consacra definitivamente come una Band a tutto tondo, in grado non solo di proporre cover, ma anche ottima musica originale inequivocabilmente ispirata dai DEPECHE MODE e da altri gruppi della scena “Alternative” di cui gli EXCITER’S si definiscono portatori sani.

CHECKMATE e’ stato recensito dalle migliori Fanzine e Riviste della Capitale e non solo e inserito nella programmazione musicale di RADIO ROCK che ne ha incluso un brano anche nella loro Compilation LIQUID VOL. 2.
La ricerca musicale della Band continua e nel Gennaio del 2012 esce il loro secondo Album, HUMAN CONTRADICTIONS che li proietta in una dimensione musicale piu’ matura e sofferta. Alcuni brani di questo lavoro, vengono subito programmati da RADIO Locali in tutta Italia e la song GREEN HOPE riceve il premio dalla CRITICA nel “Web Contest” di RITMI URBANI. L’album e’ stampato su Etichetta MAFI e distribuito su ITUNES e su tutte le piattaforme digitali Mondiali.

La BAND affronta poi un periodo di stallo dovuto a cambiamenti nel proprio organico, nonche’ nella propria sfera personale e questo li porta a comporre i loro brani in maniera del tutto diversa.
Nasce cosi’ RESET, un Concept-Album realizzato in 4 anni di duro lavoro che rappresenta una vera svolta, un cambiamento positivo per gli EXCITER’S. Ancora una volta la distribuzione digitale di RESET e’ affidata all’etichetta MAFI.

Gli EXCITER’S hanno condiviso il palco con varie Bands di spicco tra cui gli EVELINE, gli A TOYS ORCHESTRA e THEATRES Des VAMPIRES.
Sono stati inoltre selezionati per occuparsi dell’Opening al Dj Set di ANDY FLETCHER dei DEPECHE MODE per ben due occasioni, nel prestigioso Club THEATRO DISCO di Viterbo e alla famosa CAPANNINA di FRANCESCHI di Forte dei Marmi.

EXCITER’S were born in 2001 as  Depeche Mode Tribute Band and have collected in 10 years a considerable number of live throughout Italy, where they took a great following of fans.
In 2010, Band feels the need to test themselves to their audience writing own music.
In May of the same year, CHECKMATE comes out as their first unpublished work that consecrates them definitely as a Band in the round, not only able to offer covers, but also excellent original music unmistakably inspired by Depeche Mode and other groups of the scene “Alternative”, which the EXCITER’S defining themselves as “healthy carriers”.
CHECKMATE has been reviewed by the best Fanzine and Magazines in the Capital and beyond, and has been included in the schedule show of RADIO ROCK,  which has also included DRAGON’S LIES in its compilation LIQUID VOL. 2.
The Band musical research continues and in January of 2012, their second Album has been released, HUMAN CONTRADICTIONS, that throws them in a musical dimension more mature and painful. Excerpts from this work are now programmed by RADIO rooms throughout Italy and the song GREEN HOPE receives Criticism from the “Web Contest” RHYTHMS of URBAN. The Album has been printed by MAFI Label and distributed on iTUNES and on all digital platforms world.

The band faced a period of deadlock, due to some changes happened: first a staff change and  then, in personal lives of members: this caused a different way to compose their new songs. RESET is born in this way: a concept-album composed in 4 years of hard work; it represents a breakthrough, a positive change for EXCITER’S. Once Again, digital musical platforms distribuction is entrusted to MAFI Label.

The EXCITER’S shared stage with various Bands including prominent EVELINE, the A TOYS ORCHESTRA and THEATRES Des VAMPIRES.
They were also selected to take care of the Opening to the DJ Sets of ANDY FLETCHER DEPECHE MODE for two different occasions, in the prestigious Club THEATRO DISCO of Viterbo and the famous CAPANNINA FRANCESCHI of Forte dei Marmi.
